Before I stepped into the world of online business, I was a teacher managing classrooms, building structure, and leading with empathy. That experience taught me how to organize complexity, communicate clearly, and guide people toward results.
Later, I transitioned into customer service where I developed a deep understanding of how to solve problems, stay calm under pressure, and create smooth, high-quality client experiences.
I then stepped into the online space as a virtual assistant supporting course creators and coaches with tech, systems, and backend coordination. It wasn’t long before I became the go-to for operational execution, launch support, and team workflows.

As my role evolved, so did the level of strategy I brought to the table.
Today, as an Online Business Manager, I help course creators scale their business by leading their operations, managing their team, and building systems that free up their time, energy, and focus.
